Who We Are
M&G Construction is a residential construction and remodeling company based in Reno, Nevada, serving homeowners throughout Reno, Sparks, and Carson City. We specialize in residential remodeling and restoration work, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole home renovations, and water and fire damage repairs. As a young and growing company, we are focused on building a long-term operation that blends solid construction fundamentals with modern systems, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
Our approach is shaped by both hands-on field experience and formal education. With a background in civil engineering and years spent working alongside other contractors, we understand how homes are built, how projects succeed, and where the industry often falls short. We respect the trade deeply, and we are committed to raising the standard through thoughtful processes, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Our Story
2010s
Early Exposure to Construction
Elisio was introduced to construction at a young age, working alongside his father and gaining early exposure to jobsite environments. Those experiences laid the foundation for a long-term interest in the trade and an appreciation for how much coordination and responsibility goes into building work.
2022
Engineering Education and Industry Experience
Elisio went on to study at the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he worked for other contractors, including large-scale commercial projects, where he saw firsthand how successful construction businesses operate—and where limitations can appear. During this period, Jackie also earned a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and later joined Elisio on a parallel path. Together, they pursued different roles within and outside the industry, gaining valuable perspective on operations, numbers, and business structure.
2023
Starting M&G Construction
M&G Construction officially began operations in 2023 after Elisio made the decision to step out on his own. The transition came with risk and uncertainty, but also clarity. Rather than staying comfortable, the goal was to build something with long-term potential. Early work came through referrals, restoration projects, and partnerships with other contractors who needed reliable support.
Today
Building for the Long Term
Today, M&G Construction continues to grow steadily, balancing remodeling and restoration work while refining internal systems, hiring intentionally, and investing in better processes. We are still early in our journey, and we are honest about that. Our focus is not on claiming to be everything, but on doing what we do well, improving consistently, and building a company that homeowners in Reno and the surrounding area can rely on for years to come.

What do you love most about remodeling?
We enjoy helping people create spaces they're excited to come home to. Remodeling gives homeowners the opportunity to reimagine the place they spend the most time in, and it's rewarding to help bring that vision to life. We also know from experience that remodeling can be emotional. Living through construction isn't easy, but by keeping our focus on the end result, communicating openly, and staying available every step of the way, we do our best to make the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
What guides the way you approach each project?
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we want our clients to feel informed, respected, and confident. We believe in honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and always staying solution-focused. If challenges come up, we work through them together and stand behind both our work and our commitment to making things right.
What do you enjoy most about working with homeowners?
Every homeowner has a different vision for their home, and we enjoy helping bring those ideas to life. One of our favorite parts of the process is helping clients with design and selections. We love helping homeowners see the potential in their space, make confident decisions, and create a home that feels uniquely theirs. Seeing that excitement is what makes the work so rewarding.
How do each of you support clients throughout the remodeling process?
Elisio oversees estimating, project management, design, and client communication. He enjoys working with clients and the team to find creative solutions that improve both the function and beauty of a home while making sure every project is completed as promised.
Jackie manages scheduling, client communication, marketing, and design coordination. She works with homeowners throughout the design and selection process, helping organize details, compare options, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
What do you want homeowners to know about working with you?
We know the remodeling process can have exciting moments and challenging ones, so we strive to be patient, responsive, and available whenever our clients need us. We want to create a remodeling experience that's organized, transparent, and centered around the homeowner. We're always looking for ways to learn, improve, and grow, not just as professionals, but as people. That same commitment to continuous improvement is something we bring into every project and every relationship we build.

M&G Construction is based in Carson City, NV and works with homeowners throughout surrounding communities in Northern Nevada who value well-executed remodeling and reliable restoration work. We focus on established neighborhoods and growing areas where homeowners are investing in long-term improvements, not quick fixes. Our local knowledge helps us navigate the unique conditions, housing styles, and expectations common across the Reno and Carson City area.
