We stand behind the work we do. Your project may be complete, but our responsibility doesn’t end after the final walkthrough.
At M&G Construction, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty that begins upon substantial completion of your project. The warranty is designed to provide support if a defect or issue results from workmanship performed by M&G or one of our subcontractors.
We stay engaged and responsive after your project is complete to make sure qualifying workmanship concerns are properly evaluated and addressed. It’s one more way we help you remodel without the guesswork.
What Does the M&G Construction Workmanship Warranty Cover?
Our one-year workmanship warranty covers defects or issues resulting from the installation or workmanship performed by M&G Construction or M&G subcontractors. Because every project and situation is unique, each warranty request is evaluated based on the specific circumstances, the project scope, and the applicable warranty terms.
Manufacturer and Product Warranties
Some materials, appliances, fixtures, equipment, and other products we install during your project may also have separate manufacturer or product warranties.
Coverage periods vary by product, and these warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s individual terms, conditions, and requirements. If you have a concern involving a manufacturer-covered product, M&G will help coordinate with the appropriate party as needed.
What Isn’t Covered by Our Workmanship Warranty?
The workmanship warranty doesn’t cover conditions unrelated to the quality of workmanship performed by our team or our subcontractors.
This may include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by homeowners, occupants, pets, or third parties
- Improper use, misuse, or neglect
- Lack of recommended maintenance
- Repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by others
- Natural movement, settling, expansion, or contraction
- Damage caused by water intrusion, storms, accidents, or other external causes
- Defects or failures covered exclusively by a manufacturer or separate product warranty
- Other conditions outside of our reasonable control
How to Request Warranty Service
If something comes up after your final walkthrough, contact our team and let us know what happened.
Please provide a brief description of the concern along with photos, when possible. That information helps our team understand the issue before determining whether a revisit or inspection is needed.
From there, we’ll review the concern, determine whether it’s covered by our workmanship warranty, and coordinate the next steps. If the issue involves work performed by an M&G subcontractor or a product covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will help you navigate that process as needed.

Our workmanship warranty is part of our commitment to standing behind the quality of our work. If a workmanship concern comes up during your warranty period, our team will evaluate the situation and help determine the appropriate path forward, so you won’t have to guess what happens next.
