Foreman

Position Summary
The Foreman oversees daily field operations for residential remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards. This role manages carpenters and trade partners, coordinates materials and site logistics, and serves as the primary onsite leader. Spanish and English fluency are required for effective project coordination, team communication, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise carpenters and subcontractors onsite
  • Execute daily/weekly work to meet project schedules
  • Ensure quality standards and scope compliance
  • Coordinate material deliveries, tools, and site logistics
  • Maintain safe, clean, organized job sites in occupied homes
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and needs to office/management
  • Translate and relay instructions to crew members
  • Perform layout, troubleshooting, and hands-on carpentry as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential construction/remodeling experience
  • 1+ years of crew leadership or foreman experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required for crew, subcontractor, and client communication
  • Strong carpentry knowledge (framing through finish)
  • Ability to read plans, scopes, and schedules
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
